What Happens Next?

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and remove the allegedly infringing content.

If appropriate, the user may submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was wrongly removed.
Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notice containing:

A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Goods Grow may terminate accounts or access of users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights.
