What Happens Next?

  • Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and remove the allegedly infringing content.

  • We may notify the user responsible for the content and provide them with a copy of your notice.

  • If appropriate, the user may submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was wrongly removed.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notice containing:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  2. A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location or where our company is located.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Goods Grow may terminate accounts or access of users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights.
